Hye there. I got a very good news for you. As what stated with the title of the post, WPWebHost is hosting a Best WordPress Design Award for the best looking WordPress theme.

The award is devided  into five (5) different categories, and they are:

So, here are the rules that required for you to join the competition:

1. Thumb rule : your website must be a WordPress based and the design have to be original design or a fully-modified from any original free or premium theme.
2. Then, you need to write a post (or you can called it an announcement) about joining the Best WordPress Design Award competition. Remember to mention which category are you joining within the post. (Example: I’m competing for Clean & Minimalist).
3. Next, submit the url of the post at the Best WordPress Design Award page, or the trackback to the post works too.
4. Lastly, you’re done! (I guess you expecting for more rules right?)

Don’t forget, the DEADLINE: 22nd March 2009 (Saturday)

How they pick the winners

Mentioned on competition page, WPWebHost team will select top 10 websites from each category and the public will have the power to vote for the winners. Yes, YOU and others, the readers, shall vote for the winners.

THE PRIZES

The winners will proudly get a badge (you can imagine it as a virtual trophy, hehe) which will link back to the page stating the winners of the awards. And much alike all the other awards by them, the competition will focus on the glory and not so much about the money. That being said, they’re giving away $200 COLD HARD CASH (paid via PayPal) to the winner for each category. Stated there, if you’re already not hosted with WPWebHost yet (because there are a lot people from WordPress blogs already did), they would love to save your pocket money by throwing in a life-time hosting sponsorship offer to host your blog. Your future bills will be waived off on if you’re a customer of WPWebHost.
