Today is officially 1st August, 2009. Like always, Malaysian will celebrate their 52th Independence Day on upcoming 31st August. Thus, in conjunction with the upcoming event, I designed a few wallpapers entitle “1 Malaysia” (one Malaysia) and they are free for download.
A bit of history, Malaysia achieved its independence day on 8th of February 1956, a year before it is officially announced by Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj on 31st August, 1957 at Stadium Merdeka (Independence Stadium) in Kuala Lumpur. However, Sabah and Sarawak joined the Federation of Malaysia on 16th September, 1963.
Enough with the history. I’m sure all of you can just search them on the net for further information. Now, lets move on with the main topic : the wallpaper. There are two (2) types of the designs, and they are available in widescreen resolution.
